Regional Sales Manager (Lionshead Alloys)
Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role is all about developing meaningful customer-centric relationships. Through this relationship development approach, the RSMโs pursue new and retain current clients that align with our values to enable consistent growth and reinvestment in our products, people, facilities, and business. RSMโs are responsible for providing exceptional value and service so that LionsHead always earns and remains our clientsโ trusted partner of choice for aluminum extrusions within their region. โThe RSM serves as the primary contact for support regarding market intelligence, product knowledge/development, and account management. The RSM will deliberately establish and advance client and community engagement through proactively planning and participating in events, organizations, and activities that further the development of meaningful relationships with current and prospective clients.

Summary of Core Responsibilities
- Ensure a differentiating customer experience through extraordinary service and communication
- Contact all clients in your portfolio weekly to review and manage all open orders, clarification on orders, and timing of future PO’s, component transitions; initiate onboarding forms, and review anticipated future production volumes
- Manage initial communication for any returned goods
- Grow existing client portfolio through strategic sales opportunities to meet company objectives
- Open communication and cooperation with Finance, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries to clients
- Travel as needed for face-to-face meetings with current and prospective customers
- Gather and provide client data and analytics for ongoing discussion with Purchasing to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
- Analyze markets for size and scope of prospective client opportunities
- Monthly strategy meetings with all clientsโ โkeyโ decision makers
- Manage and oversee customer transitions and onboardings for the LionsHead team
- Host and entertain clients / potential clients at sporting events, concerts and dinners
- Manage the portfolioโs accounts receivable to ensure adherence to terms
- Complete management projects as needed to support customer needs and professional development
- Lead LionsHead in local community engagement

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelorโs Degree (Preferably Business)
- Proven sales experience (4+ years), recommended
- Demonstrated experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior-level management
